Dr. LeBlanc is a member of the Communications Committee of APS, plus the APS has tremendous resources for trainees and young investigators. 

Devoted to actively encouraging and promoting all forms of innovative research and teaching, leading to an increase in understanding of microcirculatory function in health and disease. Dr. LeBlanc is the current Secretary of the Society.

A favorite scientific journal - complete with timely podcasts to listen to while you're doing surgeries, under the cell culture hood, microdissection, etc. to name some examples.

The first grant the lab received was from the American Heart Association. Eternally grateful. Give it up.
